Chronis Elite to lead the Club’s Individual Development Plan program across The Island FC West and The Island FC East
Long Island, NY – August 14, 2026 — The Island FC Youth today announced a new partnership with Chronis Elite, a player development and soccer education company that will lead the Club’s Individual Development Plan (IDP) training program.
Designed to complement regular team training, the program will provide players with additional position-specific instruction focused on their individual needs. Chronis Elite will collaborate with The Island FC’s coaching staff to understand the needs of each team and develop sessions that strengthen players’ technical ability, tactical understanding and decision-making across both Island West and Island East.
“Our goal is to provide every player within The Island FC Youth with a clear and intentional pathway for development,” said Miquel Gasparin Ferrnado, The Island FC Youth Director. “Chronis Elite brings the expertise, structure, and individualized approach to add another valuable layer to our existing club environment. This partnership will give our youth players a better understanding of where they are, where they need to improve and how they can continue progressing throughout the season.”
Each participating player will receive a personalized Individual Development Plan assessing their progress across four key pillars: technical, tactical, physical, and mental. These plans will establish specific areas of focus for each player and will be updated throughout the season to measure growth and guide their continued development.
